Rondbreivaart op KIP-dag 14 juni in Amsterdam
Een boot vol met breiers die op de internationale Knitting In Public-dag door de Amsterdamse grachten vaart! Mij leek dat een geweldig idee, dus we hebben informatie ingewonnen bij Canal Cruises. Zij bieden een rondvaart aan van anderhalf uur met een gids die in het Nederlands en Engels ons zal vertellen wat er onderweg te zien is terwijl wij lekker zitten te breien. Zodra we meer dan 20 aanmeldingen zijn geldt het groepstarief en is de prijs per persoon 13,50 euro.
Je kunt je opgeven door een mailtje te sturen naar info@thedutchknitters.nl. Wij geven dan van te voren het aantal reserveringen op bij Canal Cruises. Je rekent op de dag zelf af bij de rederij. Een drankje is bij de prijs inbegrepen.
De boot vertrekt om 13.00 uur vanaf de aanlegsteiger Prins Hendrikkade 33a van Canal Cruises – Holland International tegenover het Centraal Station. Zorg dat je op tijd klaar staat met je breinaalden in de aanslag!

Rondbreivaart on KIP-day on the 14th of June in Amsterdam
A boat full of knitters cruising the Amsterdam Canals on the international KIP-day! I thought this to be a fantastic idea, so we obtained information from Canal Cruises. They offer an hour-and-a-half cruise with a guide who will tell us in Dutch and English about the sights while we are knitting away happily. As soon as we have more than 20 participants the group tariff is 13.50 euros per person.
You can join us by sending an email to info@thedutchknitters.nl. We will inform Canal Cruises in advance of the number of reservations. On the day itself you will pay Canal Cruises for the cruise. One soft drink is included in the price.
Departure is at 13.00 hours from the Prins Hendrikkade 33a, opposite Central Station.
Be there on time with you knitting needles poised!
