In the meantime I casted on a new Brioche shawl, also one of Nancy Marchant’s, the Queen of Brioche, beautiful patterns. This shawl will be knitted from Noro Silk Garden Sock, wool white with only a vague colour change, combined with a colourful yarn. I make my shawl a bit wider and shorter than the pattern Mrs Zwaalie’s Brioche shawl describes. Even though you have to stay alert it is not a difficult pattern for the advance knitter. Try it, the pattern is free on Ravelry.
