The Road to Sumburgh Head Shetland

Het avontuur gaat beginnen! Morgen vliegen Jan en ik naar Shetland om daar de maand juli door te brengen in het Artist-in-Residence appartement in Sumburgh bij de vuurtoren. Jan zal daar Griekse iconen gaan schilderen en ik ga me verdiepen in breitradities, ontwerpen en workshops geven.
The adventure is about to begin! Tomorrow Jan and I will fly to Shetland to spend the month of July in the Artist-in-Residence apartment in Sumburgh at the lighthouse. Jan will paint some Greek icons and I will immerse myself in knitting traditions, make some knitting designs and give classes.
