Ze stimuleren je om de bonuskaart online te registreren, zodat ze jou, als gewaardeerde vaste klant, kunnen verwennen met speciaal voor jóu geselecteerde aanbiedingen. Vooruit dan maar, je privacy is daarna flinterdun, maar de airmiles zijn er dan wel aan gekoppeld en dat is weer handig.
Albert Heijn, the famous chain of supermarkets in the Netherlands, have new affiliate program. They give all their customers a new card and stimulate you to register it online, so they can spoil you with specially selected offers. Well, okay, after registration your privacy is totally gone, but the card can be combined with the arimiles cards and that makes life easier.
Al pakweg dertien jaar eet ik geen vlees meer en heb het sindsdien ook niet meer gekocht, ook niet bij AH. Toch is de aanbieding die speciaal voor mij is geselecteerd Yorkham. Hoe verzin je het hè. Blijkbaar heeft Albert toch écht inzicht in mijn reilen en zeilen, want morgen vertrek ik naar Yorkshire in Engeland, dus de aanbieding is wel degelijk relevant. Harrogate, Leeds, York, de Knitting and Stitches-beurs, een bezoek aan Rowan en vele wolwinkeltjes in de omgeving, een lokaal breiavondje, een high tea, een echt Engelse pantomimevoorstelling in het theater en nog veel meer staan op het programma. Een volle week in een prachtig appartement, een huurauto tot onze beschikking en het gezelschap van Afstap-collega en vriendin Jans en breivriendinnen Titia, Ingeborg en mogelijk nog een vriend uit Londen. Ik heb er zin in!
I didn’t eat meat for more as thirteen years now and didn’t buy any at Albert Heijn, but still the company decided to select, especially form me, a discount offer for York ham. Silly! But somehow Albert Heijn must have insight ni my life, as I leave for Yorkshire, England, tomorrow. So this offer has relevantie afterall. Harrogate, Leeds, York, the Knitting and Stitches fair, a visit to Rowan and many wool shops in the surroundings, a local knitting night, a high tea, a real English pantomime show in the theater and lots more is on the program. A full week in a gorgeous appartment, a hired car to our disposal and the company of Afstap colleague and friend Jans and knitting friends Titia, Ingeborg and perhaps a friend from Londen. I can’t wait!
