Wie één van de boekjes van Annemor Sundbø in z’n bezit heeft, wil ze allemaal. Ik tenminste wel. Deze Noorse schrijfster, breiwerkverzamelster en winkelierster, waar ik al eerder in een blog over Noorwegen schreef, bezit een schat aan kennis over Europees breiwerk. En ze kan er nog heel aardig over vertellen ook. De boekjes zijn bovendien doorspekt met goeie en vaak grappige foto’s. Er is maar één nadeel, de prijs. Google maar eens op ‘Annemor Sundbø’ en je schrikt je rot, mininaal 50 à 60 euro incl verzenden per stuk. Vandaar dat ik het jullie niet wil onthouden dat we ze bij De Afstap in Amsterdam voor rond de 30 euro liggen! Ze sturen ze ook op als dat nodig is. En kijk ook even naar de verder zeer goed gevulde breiboekenkast, het kindje van Jans dat ze met ontoombaar enthousiasme up to date houdt.

This Norwegian author, collector of knitwear and shopkeeper, who I earlier mentioned in a blog about Norway, has a big knowledge about European knitwear. And she can tell real nice about it too. The books are stuffed with good and often funny pictures. There is only one disadvantage, the price. Google ‘Annemor Sundbø’ and see the prices, at least 50 to 60 euros incl shipping. So I just have to tell you about the fact that at De Afstap in Amsterdam you can buy them for about 30 euros each! They will send them to you if neccessary. And when you there, have a peek on the well filled bookshelfs, Jans big passion that she keeps up to date with lots of enthusiasm.
